[New!] Ultra-Broadband QCLs

LongWave's New Ultra-Broadband QCLs now cover 1.6 THz to 4.3 THz from a single device.  Ultra-Broadband QCLs are lens-coupled Fabry-Perot QCLs, and have low divergence beam patterns at mW power levels.

High-Power Fabry-Perot THz QCLs

LongWave Photonics provides high-power Fabry Perot devices at a range of Terahertz Frequencies.  These devices typically emit on multiple longitudinal lines resulting in high-powered emissions (depending on cooling system). Typical emission beam widths are < 20 degrees FWHM.
