[New!] Ultra-Broadband QCLs
LongWave's New Ultra-Broadband QCLs now cover 1.6 THz to 4.3 THz from a single device. Ultra-Broadband QCLs are lens-coupled Fabry-Perot QCLs, and have low divergence beam patterns at mW power levels.
Applications:
Broadband spectroscopy
Hyperspectral imaging
Lens-Coupled Fabry-Perot THz QCLs
LongWave Photonics provides high-power lens-coupled Fabry Perot devices at a range of Terahertz Frequencies. The high-resistivity anti-reflection coated Silicon lens improves the outcoupling efficiency of the laser while simultaneously improving beam pattern. The results: high power and low divergence THz radiation. This technology is exclusively licensed from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (US Patent No. 8,619,832) from.
